Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at the 16th Street Antique Mall located in the Historic District of Ambridge, Pennsylvania. We are now accepting pre-Lease Agreement for our scheduled opening in mid-April of 2008.

So, how do you get started? Simply complete our Vendor Application below and click on "Submit Application". After we receive your Vendor Application, we will prepare a Vendor Lease Agreement for your review. We will finalize the location of your vendor space after we have received your signed Vendor Lease Agreement and payment for your Initial Term.

Vendor spaces are available in 8' x 10', 10' x 10', and 10' x 20' sizes for $1.00 per square foot per month. The Initial Term for all leases is 3 months. Following the Initial Term, tenancies are month-to-month. We charge a modest 3% commission on all sales. Merchant fees for credit card sales are charged against Vendor sales.
